Lauren Masaoka founded Pilates in the Clouds in Notting Hill. Lauren was born in Los Angeles, where she received her Pilates certification and apprenticeship before moving to London to help expand her family's chocolate company. Lauren's mother sent her reformer across the pond because she missed teaching Pilates. Lauren started teaching friends and friends of friends as a hobby. She turned the reformer towards the clouds instead of the ceiling, always wanting to create beautiful surroundings. It quickly went viral on everyone's Discover page after being urged to start social media to share the serenity of the space. We receive hundreds of enquiries, but limiting our numbers from 1-3 is the only way to have the Pilates in the Clouds experience of tailored focus on form and precise attention to detail of each movement to achieve the results our clients deserve. Clients may come for the beauty of the studio, but they stay for the results. We welcome people of all skill levels and ages, and we look forward to meeting you.
